What is this Game?
A game about reflexes, fruit, and very questionable life choices.
Nobody knows exactly when it started...
But one thing is certain:
He really REALLY loves lemons.
So much, in fact, that when lemons started falling from the sky, he didn't run.
He didn't hide.
He didn't even asked "WHY".
The lore, sortoff...
Long ago (Or maybe last Tuesday), a highly unstable fruit dimension collided with reality.
Most people didn't even notice!
But he did!
Ever since that day:
- Lemons fall endlessly from the sky
- Some fruits behave... weird...
- Reality occasionally forgot wich way is left or right.
And somehow, this is all his problem now...
Gameplay
At first glance, Catch That Lemon! looks harmless.
A simple field…
Some fruit…
A familiar goal…
THAT ILLUSION WILL NOT LAST LONG!
You control a very determined character whose sole purpose in life is to consume lemons. Why? No one knows anymore. What matters is that the lemons keep coming — and stopping is not an option.
As you play, fruit begins to fall faster, stranger, and far less cooperative. While lemons reward you, other fruit come with side effects that feel… personal. Some boost your score, some twist the rules, and some exist purely to punish curiosity.
Controls may suddenly feel wrong.
Vision might blur.
Mistakes become expensive…
And if you think you’re doing well, the game notices.
Different modes introduce new mechanics, obstacles, and eventually something that clearly does not belong in a fruit-based game: bosses. These encounters demand quick thinking, adaptation, and a willingness to accept that eating magic lemons is somehow a valid combat strategy.
There are no checkpoints.
There is no mercy.
The difficulty ramps up quietly, then all at once.
Catch That Lemon! isn’t about winning.
It’s about lasting longer than the game expects you to — while the fruit watches.
Features
The game is not like a regular snake game, as you can tell! I have added more features to make it more interesting.
Game modes
Classic: Relax, eat lemons and chase a high score.
Easy: More fruit types, occasional rotten lemon.
Medium: More fruit, obstacles appear, faster pace.
Hard: More obstacles, boss at 100 points. Even faster pace.
Impossible: Chaos. Boss at 50 points. Very fast pace. Good luck.

Good Lemon
Main item of the game.
Apple
More points… but with a twist.
Banana
Rare, but high reward.
Coconut
Big points, blurry vision.
Rotten Lemon
-5 points or death.
Rotten Banana
-15 points or death.
Rotten Coconut
Instant death.
Obstacles
From Medium mode onward, spikes appear. Touching them results in instant death.
Bosses
Bosses spawn at high scores. Defeat them by collecting magic lemons.
